Composition of Resurgen - Royal Jelly

Royal jelly contains a mix of vitamins, minerals, proteins and fatty acids., along with acid glycosides and sterols, such as stigmasterol. Half of the dry weight of royal jelly is made of protein. Some of the fatty acids in royal jelly include 10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid (10-HDA) and 3,10-dihydroxy-decanoic acid (3,10-DDA). Studies in rodents indicate royal jelly has anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties.

Royal jelly purportedly treats a wide variety of ailments as a dietary supplement. In reality, the substance is a secretion that worker bees produce to feed larvae and the queen in a honey bee hive. This special food is extremely powerful, rich, and nutritious to bees, so people have assumed that it will offer some of the same benefits to humans.
